Welcome parents and students to the 2018-2019 school year!
I am one of the 6th grade teachers. In the past, I have been the 6th grade Math teacher, but I will also be teaching Reading and Spelling. The 2018-2019 school year will be my 20th year teaching in Montgomery, my 9th year teaching 6th grade.
In addition to teaching, I am also the Head Coach for TCU's Boy's Track Team. My focus for the team is High Jump, Triple and Long Jump, and the Hurdles.
I hold a Bachelor Arts degree in Elementary Education grades K-6 from the University of Minnesota-Morris, a Master of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and a 6th Year Certificate in Elementary Administration from Minnesota State University - Mankato. I am a graduate of Delano High School.
I currently live in Montgomery with my wife Paige. We have two sons, Aaron and Kelly.
Outside of school, I am an Emergency Medical Technician and work as a volunteer member of the Montgomery Ambulance Service.
I look forward to the great things that the 2018-2019 school year will bring. If there are any questions concerning life in the 6th grade, please do not hesitate to contact me!
Throughout the school year, students are encouraged to use their school email account as a means of communication.
