Titans - Mask Over Nose & Mouth:  This is a friendly reminder that your mask needs to cover both your nose & mouth for it to be effective to protect others.  Please follow this guideline & expectation as those who cannot follow this will be put into the JMC referral system by faculty &/or staff and will have a conference with Administration.  Thank you.  
 
Seniors Taking the ACT Test on Oct 6th:  Reminder of this Wednesday's (Sept 30th) Pre-ACT Session @ 8 am in the Commons for all Seniors taking the ACT.  Bring two #2 pencils & feel free to pick up the free breakfast here in the HS that morning.  
 
Strawbridge Studios will be here on September 30th and October 1st for Grades 9-12.
Pictures will be available to be taken in the gym before school (7:30 to 8:35 am), during SH/Str SH, as upperclassmen leave for Co-op Work Experience, & during the 3 lunch sessions.

Hi everyone! Homecoming is back on and we are in need of some seniors to get the ball rolling. Mrs. Nelson is hosting an after school Homecoming meeting on Monday, September 28 for A day seniors in room G102 and Tuesday the 29th for B day seniors. The meeting will be held to decide on the theme of homecoming this year and to choose dress up days for Homecoming week! Any seniors interested should attend.  
 
Math Team: If you want a new challenge or think creatively then join the math team. There are individual and team events that cover many different mathematical topics. Practices will be starting in October. If you would like more information or want to join please email Mrs. Saemrow (hsaemrow@tcu2905.us) or talk to your math teacher.  
 

We are gearing up to start our yearbook for this year! If you are interested in being part of the yearbook committee, we will be meeting after school on the first and second Friday of each month. Our first meeting will be next Friday, October 2 in room G102! Our first two meetings will touch on what the expectations and time commitments will be as well as discussing this year’s yearbook theme. If you are interested or have any questions see Mrs. H. Olsen or Mrs. H. Nelson! We look forward to working on the yearbook with you this year!

Seniors NOT Taking the ACT:  As both JMC email Blasts have stated, if you are not planning to take the ACT Test on Tuesday October 6th, please go into the ACT Survey & click the box stating this & submit as we need a record from each Senior letting us know whether or not s/he plans to take the ACT in 2 weeks.  Thank you.  
 
BPA 2020-2021 Informational meeting on September 29 & 30--Tuesday morning at 8:00 a.m. room G103 and Wednesday morning at 8:00 a.m. in Room G103.  Choose your morning to join us. Hosted By: Kacie Traxler, Rachael Paggen, Michelle Ramirez, Jordyn Brownlee, and Payton Singleton.

2021 Prudential Spirit of Community Award:  Is open to any & all Titans!  This award honors those who have volunteered and 1 Titan will be selected as the local HS level winner with his/her application being moved onto the State level; & if selected as a State-level honoree, will then move onto the national level where scholarship dollars are awarded.  Apply online at:   <spirit.prodential.com> <nassp.org/spirit>  Titans are welcome to pick up an info flier on the HS office counter.  The student deadline to apply is Tuesday, November 10th.  See Mr. Fitterer, if you have questions.

Counseling/Career Announcements:

-  There are no application fees for undergraduate applications submitted during the month of September.  
-  They are now "test optional".  Test scores are not required for scholarship consideration.
