My name is Nicole Kubes. I have been a special education teacher for 19 years. I work in the LeCenter Building working with students in our Level 3 EBD program as well as other students who need a small, structured setting to help them learn. I have been a Titan since 2014. I completed my Special Education License at Mankato State University and my Autism License through Hamline University. Prior to coming to TCU, I worked at the Special Education Cooperative in Jordan for 11 years. Though my job can be challenging at times, I love to help students reach their goals and progress in their learning. At TCU, I am the current School Patrol Advisor.
I am married and live in Montgomery, 2 blocks from where I grew up. My children, ages 13 and 11 both attend the Le Center K-8 school. During the summer, we spend our weekends at the lake, boating, swimming and relaxing. During the school year, I am able to stay busy as well. I am a girl scout leader for my daughter's cadette troop and help support my son's efforts to work toward his Eagle Scout rank in Boy scouts.
I can be reached during school hours at 507-364-0145 or by email at .
